As an innovative and compassionate clinical psychologist, Dr. Robert C. Dorn was a pioneer in developing our current protocols for feedback in executive coaching.

Bob was also a good friend and mentor of the Executive Development Group partners, in his role as a founder of the Center for Creative Leadership.

Bob will be remembered by us not only for his contributions to the field of psychology, but also for his caring nature and the personal example he set for all of us in his life and work.
