Lily Kelly-Radford, PhD – Biography

Lily Kelly-Radford, PhD, is an executive coach and leadership development consultant to clients worldwide, teaching with Duke Corporate Education and HEC in Paris, Doha and Beijing.

Dr. Kelly-Radford was previously executive vice president of global markets at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where she led worldwide delivery of executive education in North America, Europe and Asia.

Assignments in the US and abroad have covered services delivery, faculty management and sales and marketing. Dr. Kelly-Radford was also chief psychologist for worldwide feedback and coaching specialists and has served as assistant attending psychologist with Harvard Medical School and as a tenured associate professor of psychology at Howard University.

Dr. Kelly-Radford earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and Master of Science and Doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from the University of Georgia. Her research appears in clinical psychology and leadership development publications.
