ExxonMobil Qatar Women’s Network (EMRA’A) with HEC Paris organized their Annual Women Professionals Networking event, “Women Helping Women,” to highlight women’s leadership and discuss the development of the future female leaders, April 25 at the Doha Four Seasons Hotel.
Women employees from Qatar Petroleum (QP), Qatargas (QG), and ExxonMobil Qatar Limited (EMQL) took part in the event and made it a successful endeavor in inspiring other female professionals to join the women leadership consortium. The event provided a networking platform to over 200 female professionals to address relevant issues faced by women in leadership positions.
“The workshop was an informative and inspiring two-way dialog. We presented case studies of successful women in leadership and participants shared their own leadership experiences and perspectives. As a group, we were able to develop practical solutions and action plans addressing common barriers to growth.”
